Let’s start by getting a better understanding of Delitraiteur. Can you tell us a bit about your company?
Delitraiteur is a retail and HoReCa company with 41 locations across Belgium and Luxembourg. We offer a wide range of food products and services to both consumers and businesses.
How was your experience getting started with Babelway?
We’ve been using Babelway since the very beginning of their business. We were one of their first customers, and we always have had a good relationship with Babelway. We haven’t really experienced what things would be like without Babelway’s EDI solution.
How long have you been using Babelway? How many people at your company use it?
As I mentioned, we’ve been using Babelway since the beginning of their business through Delfood’s establishment. Currently, we have around ten people who rely on Babelway for our day-to-day operations.
